situational leadershipOur two-day course in Situational Leadership will introduce delegates to the ‘Management Model’ and understand how it can produce ‘Self-Reliant Achievers’ who consistently perform to the best of their ability. This course will teach franchisees how to identify and manage different levels of staff development, to explore the Leadership Styles that are available and examine current styles and to understand how to produce Personal Development Plans for their staff.![]()
psychological managementAnother two-day course, Psychological Management, will help attendees to understand and practice effective communication at different levels, and to see how different styles can be used to manage staff successfully. The course will also explore the different ways that people communicate, highlight how managers can positively influence people by knowing the ways in which they process information and describe different ways of building rapport with people by varying their communication methods.
training and presentation skillsOur Training and Presentation Skills course will allow managers to examine and practice all aspects of designing and producing a presentation or training session, in order to effectively convey the messages, information and/or skills required. This course will show attendees how to structure a presentation for the best effect, to understand the preparation and planning required and will also examine how to interact with delegates and deal with problems ranging from equipment issues through to handling nerves. |
